Videos and Art

Since the mid nineties I have worked with artists (a couple of Turner prize nominees) on video installations and had my own work Engaged shown in a gallery in Brixton. In the Noughties and onwards I made my own site specific video installations. The site was my garden shed for the Wandsworth  Artists Open House event.

I have also shot and edited some short documentaries with Transition Town Tooting and craftypint.co.uk. I’m going to start an archive of this work below.

7200 to 1 - Bienalle Venice, Graham Gussin 1997. I programmed interaction between computer read-out and looping video. I also shot the 16mm film and video of the lake and the explosion.

Travesty of a Mockery - White Cube, Sam Taylor-Wood 1995. I shot and lit the video for this piece

“Western Security” 1995 by Gillian Wearing I set the 9 camcorders for Gillian in the Hayward Gallery.  The piece involved cowboys running around the gallery shooting each other. More details.
